• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Our services are intended for lawful use only.

Purchases and Access

• Access to paid courses or products requires payment through our payment gateway partner. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Course access is granted to your account on confirmation of payment and approval where applicable.
• We may revise pricing with prior notice; changes apply to future purchases.

Acceptable Use

• You must not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense course content or products, or attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
• You must not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, or compromise the security or integrity of our services.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, course content, and material (excluding content you upload) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal learning during your access period.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or course in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
