Course Purchases

• Course fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, as content is delivered digitally and immediately.
• If you have not accessed any course material, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds for duplicate charges or proven billing errors are processed in full after verification.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
• The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
